ChurchMart- Return Policy
Returns are
costly to everyone. Be sure you are
ordering the correct style, size, color, etc.,
before you finalize the order.
If an item is
damaged in shipping, you should make a
notation on the delivery ticket WHILE THE DRIVER
IS PRESENT so we can process a replacement or
repair as indicated.
Failure to make this
note on the ticket indicates you accept the
merchandise,
AS IS!
As long as you
make a note on the ticket, we will provide
either a repair or replacement as soon as
possible, at no cost to you.
In the rare
event that you do not like your items, please
contact our office within 7 days.
We want
you to be satisfied as much as we can.
Please note: It
is our company policy to only do business with
people who are pleasant. If you are
unable to be pleasant, have someone else call.
If you need to
return an item, and it has been less than 7 days
since you received it, please package the items
in the original containers (if you have them) or
take them to a shipping and packing store.
There will be a restocking fee of
30 %, plus you
will be responsible to pay shipping both for the
original shipment and the return shipment.
In some cases, we may be able to pick up the
item on our truck when we are in the area.
If you have damaged the items, you will be
responsible for paying for repairs. Of
course, each new item is inspected before we
ship it, but damage is possible while on the
truck, so be sure to inspect every item when you
receive it.
